About Me
I was born and raised in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, and since 2012, I’ve called North Courtenay home. Here, I raise my two daughters, run our little hobby farm, and carve out space for creativity in all its forms—whether that’s sewing, watercolour painting, or designing in Canva.
Helping others has always been at the heart of what I do. Fun story: right after watching Free Willy as a kid, I made a “Save the Whales” donation box out of a shoebox, drew an orca on it, and went around my neighborhood collecting donations. That early spark of compassion has stayed with me ever since.
A few years ago, I had a defining moment that helped me discover my purpose. In August 2019, I volunteered at Tony Robbins’ Power of Success event. During a break, I used my ticket to attend one of his sessions. When he asked the audience a question, I raised my hand—and out of 8,000 attendees, I was selected. Whew! Talk about living the dream.
That experience helped me clarify my mission: to empower others to see their dreams and goals as bigger than their fears. These days, I work with women entrepreneurs through programs, workshops, and coaching that help them anchor their dreams, clarify their goals, and step confidently into action. I guide women who are ready to stop overthinking, embrace their potential, and live fully in their results—combining heart-centered guidance, practical strategies, and a dash of storytelling along the way.
When I’m not mentoring or hosting workshops, you can usually find me chasing chickens, sewing, painting, or exploring the Comox Valley trails with my daughters.
If you’re ready to anchor your dreams and step into your next chapter, I’d love to connect.
